The sheer dedication of the people involved in not just doing this fab web site, but in all the work done to keep such a high grade museum going and daily improving, can very easily be seen here!

Visited the museum in May 2007 and will again when on holiday in May 2008. Three most memorable memories were friendliness of staff, the very many and varied model aircraft and the partially complete Swordfish, with the controls, aviators seats etc.

Having visited your museum twice whilst on holiday in Malta may I complement you all on an excellent display. My uncle spent a long time on Malta during WW11, Royal Artillery I believe and was always very gracious in his comments about the islands and particularly its people. I wish you all the success you deserve, I am presently trying to locate airframe plans of a Swordfish (Mk 1?) in order to reproduce a large scale model, wish me luck!

I had a most interesting visit, with a friend, to the museum two weeks ago, being very kindly shown around by Mr Antony Spiteri and shown the interiors of several aircraft. The restoration of the Hurricane IIa is being carried out to the very highest standards and is a great credit to the small but skilled volunteer workforce. Very best wishes are sent for future progress!

Hi Ray. This is just to say how are you and to ask if any of your visitors who may read this book, did they serve at Kalafrana during the Suez crisis. My father in law is hoping to hear from any service personel that were there at around that time. He is called Charles Colin Clarke (nobby) and he was a part of the maintenance crew mainly on the flying boats. If any ex service man was there in the early 50s and think that they may remember the old bugger please feel free to use my e mail address.Keep up the good work good luck with (Faith) your good friend David. I was recently on holidays in Malta and came across your museum quite by accident. I found it to be a gem of a place. It's marvellous to have so many unique personal items belonging to aircrews. Made the experience all the more real. I've recommended it to all my fellow aviation friends to go and vist. Keep up the good work, it is much appreciated.

This is a big thank you to the lady on reception who so kindly gave us a lift in her car due the downpour. Further thanks for the gent who loaned his umbrella for us to get from one building to the next without getting soaked! It all added to the fun of the great day. We hope that the Gladiator will join your museum to gain the true restoration it deserves. My Father was in Transport Command at the end of the sixties in Luqa and I spent most of my out of school time in Kalafrana! All the best Tim & Rosie

I was so pleased to see the care and dedication you have all taken to preserve this very special historical record of WWII and aviation.

My two teenage children were also very interested and involved. This is clearly the basis of the museums existence, to pass on to generations to come, this historical record and importantly to learn the lessons of that time and sacrifice made to ensure we can live in a free world.

Thank you so much.
